Mission of Work
The mission of the Church, functioning as the LCMS and/or the NID, is to carry out our Lord's command in Matthew 28:19; namely, to "Go, Baptize and Teach." That wok is carried out by the Spirit gifting, guiding and sending His children according to Ephesians 2::10--"created in Christ Jesus for good works."
Challenges, Opportunities, and Goals
I very much look forward to the continuing opportunity to counsel with NID staff in creating effective fundraising documents. In addition, I intend to become much more vocal and active within my home congregation in promoting the work of our NID office.
