At. St John, Sycamore: Altar Guild, 2004-present; Co-director of Youth, 2005-2006; Deaconess, 2018- present. In my Deaconess role, I do visitations, lead Woman's Bible Studies, lead LWML, teach at Vacation Bible School, serve on the Board of Outreach and Board of Education. promote Pro-life events and awareness.

. The church's mission is to continue to be a beacon of light in a twisted generation. Each congregation does not stand alone this, but is united with others through the circuits, districts, and Synod.

I'm firmly grounded in the teachings and confessions of the LCMS. It's a joy to read, study and continually learn more of God's Word and to keep my faith strong with regular attendance of worship where I receive His good gifts of Word and Sacrament. In my vocations as mother, grandmother, deaconess and friend, I strive to share the love and forgiveness of Christ and strengthen and encourage others in their faith. I hope I can encourage others to be bold and courageous as we face the false teachings and waywardness of the culture around us.
