Please join NID President Allan Buss and the leadership of the LCMS Northern Illinois District at one of our Visioning Events!

The LCMS Northern Illinois District team is engaging in a period of prayerful planning and seeking the Lord’s vision for the Northern Illinois District. The first step in this process is hearing from you, the members of the district.

The Vision Events will be held at the following locations and dates:

• March 10, 2019, 1 – 2:30 p.m.; St. Peter Lutheran Church, 111 W. Olive St., Bartz Hall, Arlington Heights, IL 60004
• March 10, 2019, 4 – 5:30 p.m.; St. John Lutheran Church, 410 N. Cross St., Wheaton, IL 60187
• March 11, 2019, 12 – 1:30 p.m.; St. Paul Lutheran Church, 7621 S Dorchester Ave., Chicago, IL 60619
• March 11, 2019, 6:30 – 8 p.m.; St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 101 S 6th Ave, St. Charles, IL 60174
• March 12, 2019, 10 – 11:30 a.m.; Christ Our Savior Lutheran Church, 2035 IL Route 26, Dixon, IL 61021
• March 12, 2019, 6:30 – 8 p.m.; Hope Lutheran Church, 305 E. Black Road, Shorewood, IL 60404

Light refreshments will be served at the events.

During these two hour listening sessions, we will engage in small and large group discussions wherein we trust that the Lord will speak through His people.

Necessary for preparation of the events, please follow the link below to complete a short survey that is being conducted by Lutheran Church Extension Fund, with whom we have contracted for this visioning event. The survey is totally anonymous and only the LCEF facilitator will see your responses.  It will help our facilitator prepare for the events. Please complete the survey by February 28, 2019.
